Bill: Crowned Cabinet Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Beluz Democratic Karavist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3323
Description[?]:
Apart from bragging rights, and normal cultural symbolism, the High Count should be the one to appoint the cabinet. This protects the nation from coup d'etat, but forces the High Count into negotiation with those who have the power to block a cabinet proposal. It adds more value to the throne, and more reponsibility on the part of the monarch. -- This is a re-vote of this bill: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=351435 |
