| Message | Lot's of parents don't tell their children about this. There have been reports of girls committing suicide when they have their first period because they think it's some sort of life-threatening illness. It is the government's responsibility to try to stop this from happening. Anyway, we are not forcing a certain time frame on schools; we just need them to give children sexual education at some point down the road. This still have significant discretion, but we are just making sure they do their jobs. |
