MessageWe oppose having innocent peoples DNA forcefully recorded. If they are innocent, they have civil liberties which we cannot back down on.

Sorry, we must vote no.

MessageLook I know you don't like it. If we introduce this then if somebody is convicted of murder or somthing of that nature. The police can use this as evidence to support a strong case and put murderers who should be in jail actually in jail because DNA can not be forged or got rid of it is always there.

MessageOn the face of it, we don't like the bill, however there is a strong case for it (just as there is a strong case against it). When it goes to vote is when we will decide for sure, but we may support the bill.

MessageWe disagree with this 2/3 of this bill. Full DNA databases would be costly and unnecessary. Illegal immigrants may have broken the law, but most deserve better treatment than simple expulsion.

MessageTo be clear, it's mainly Article 2 we have a problem with.

MessageWhy should we have illegal immigrants stay in our country when they have done wrong whilst they sponge off the Government.

MessageFor us as well, Article 2 is the main problem, and we also agree with the Greens on Article 1, so we will vote no.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
