MessageOOC: I too would consider this, however I need to know more about the game. I'm relatively new. I have a couple of questions before I go back IC (In Charactor)

1. Why would a party propose a cabinet where they are only on two Ministries/portfolios? What's the motive?

2. In this Cabinet Scenario: If for example the Green Liberal and Afterfostercare parties do not agree with the defence/offence positions of the Conservitive Party (CP), does it mean that because the CP holds that Ministry/Portfolio they can overrule our votes of NO on any Bill about defence the CPs introduce or does it all hinge on the number of seats?

MessageOOC: Regarding the AFC questions:

1. I could only speculate about the motives of the "conservitive" party, but it seems obvious that they are prepared to put up with a distribution of cabinet seats that is disadvantageous for them because they hope to ensure that this proposal passes. The TDU, on the other hand, would only make cabinet proposals that bear some relation to the respective parliamenatary strengths of the parties involved.

2. Game-mechanics wise it all hinges on the number of seats, but parties could always come to voluntary arrangements where the party holding a certain portfolio determines policies in that area. As I said, such arrangements are voluntary, and the "conservitive" party could only overrule the other two parties in this possible cabinet in defence matters if those two parties agree to be overruled (or, with the current distribution of seats, they get the support of the TDU).
