| This bill is intended to be a record of the current diplomatic relations that the Feline Homeland has with other countries: Allies:::::: Alliance of Terran Republics: The primary international organization that Barmenia is aligned with. Since the formation of the ATR centuries ago, Barmenian parties have played unofficial leadership roles within it, and joined ATR in many military campaigns to protect democracy and cats across Terra. In the 3320s ATR provided Barmenia with some aid during the War of Debt Collection. Beiteynu: In the 3330s Beiteynu and Barmenia have worked together on Felinist iniatives and in attempting to move the center of Terra's finance industry to their corner of Majatra. Beiteynu is Barmenia's neighbor to the northwest. Deltaria: Was Barmenia's ally, and fought alongside of it during the War of Debt Collection. Jelbania: During the 3200s was a close ally of Barmenia. It worked with us on many initiatives in the Majatran Union and the Alliance of Terran Republics. GALT FREYJA's relatives in Jelbania played a key role in bringing our two nations together in friendship. Since the disbanding of the Jelbanian Liberty Front in 3275 we have had little to no relations with Jelbania, unfortunately. Majatran Union/Majatran Union Paramilitary: A union of Majatran countries and parties. It fought alongside Barmenia as its ally during the War of Debt Collection Selucia: An island chain that neighbors Barmenia from a few miles off our northeast shore. Selucia has been aligned with Barmenia for centuries. Selucian are known for valuing Felinism, which has led to Barmenia and Selucia working together to protect the interests of cats and Selucians across Terra, particularly in the UICK where the Pontesi government oppresses them. A massive wave of Selucian immigration occured into Barmenia in the 3250s. More recently, Selucia fought alongside of Barmenia from 3324-3325 during the War of Debt Collection. Union of Imperial Crusader Kingdoms: See Pontesi in the enemy section for details. Neutrals:::::: Enemies:::::: Davostag: From 3303-3325 (War of Debt Collection) Davostag and its allies in the Axis of Debt Default Advocates fought against the Feline Homeland and its allies in the Debt Collection Alliance in a war where Davostag attempted to default on debt that it owed. As its settlement of peace, Davostag is leasing to Barmenia and other related business entities their island of Mordorstad during the period of 3331-3346. Currently we are at peace with them (as of 3333). International Monarchist League: The IML has tended to be Barmenia's chief nemesis in recent centuries. It is an alliance of countries who seek to subject the world's population into serving a handful of human (non-cat) monarchs. In the early 3200s the IML backed an effort to establish an Islamo-Felinist monarchy in Barmenia. While ceteris paribus IML countries are at odds with Barmenia, there are exceptions when some individual IML countries join the Feline Homeland in supporting Felinism. Pontesi: Barmenia's neighbor to the northeast. Barmenia does not recognize Pontesi as the legitimate government of the land also known as the Union of Imperial Crusader Kingdoms. Barmenia has passed legislation to solely recognize the UICK as the legitimate government of that area. The Pontesi government is known for opposing cats, and for oppressing our Selucian allies. The Pontesi/UICK civil war led many UICK-Selucian refugees to move to Barmenia during the 3250s. We have remained in a state of tension with them since then. In the 3330s Pontesi blew up an airliner over Barmenian territory. Vanuku: Barmenia's neighbor to the south. Fought against the Feline Homeland as an ally of Davostag from 3320-3325 during the War of Debt Collection. Peace talks fell apart, so we remain officially in hostilities with each other (as of 3333). |

| Message | We have heard that the Vanukui government accused our previous leadership, those who fell in the Great Martyrdom, of provoking a war with them. Consider that they were the ones who threatened us with war if we would not call of our righteous operation in Davostan. The only other option would have been to yield to their terms, something our great predecessors could not. Here is a copy of the letter from the Vanukui dictator, found in our archives: "Minister of Foreign Affairs of Barmenia, This message is an ultimatum sent on behalf of the Emperor and the nation of Vanuku. If the nation of Barmenia will assault the nation of Davostan our nation will declare war upon Barmenia. Our nation will do this because we signed a treaty to protect the nation of Davostan when they are attacked by a foreign nation. If Barmenia sends troops to Davostan we feel there is no other way than to invade the nation of Barmenia itself and destroy the problem at it's roots. If it comes this far we will call upon the help of our most closest ally, Dorvik, to assist us in our mission to protect Davostan. We dearly hope that moment will not come. We kindly ask the nation of Barmenia to re-consider their strategy to interfere in the civil war of Davostan. If Barmenian troops enter Davostani soil, there will be more war. | Message | We shall do what we can. The "pontesi" dictatorship is clearly not our friend, not just because of their allegiance to the cursed IML, but also because of their dictator's newly initiated campaign against Barmenia and the selucian minority there. He is trying to outlaw the Cult of the Sacred Feline, and he has appointed a Director of Internal Security, whose job shall be the preservation of Pontesi values. An ultra-nationalist inquisition, by other words. We are told by the UICK-government that Selucians in the realm suffer even greater than before, as "pntek" mobs can now freely attack for not accustoming themselves to "pontesi values". We have also heard rumours of cats being killed for no reason, but that should come as no surprise, as the killing of animals is unregulated in "pontesi". And it all started when they detonated an explosion on a passanger plane traveling above our territory, to give themselves a casus belli on us. | Message | OOC: Is there already a rp story line with Pontesi about a possible war? IC: Official statement form the Imperium Selucianum, as we support Barmenia and the Selucian minority in the Protectorate, we want to assure the Barmenian government that we are standong behind you. Therefore the Selucian Empire has already odered a naval exercise and invites Barmenia to hold a joint naval exercise to demonstrate our committment to free the Selucian minority. The Selucian government also hears positive signals from Beiteynu to join our efforts to free the Seucians in Pontesi. Hoewever, we must act now or it is too late to do anything. Therfore, Selucia and Barmenia should set the Protectorate a ultimatum with the follwing conditions: 1.) Autonomity of region where there is a Selucian majority 2.) Protection of the Selucian culture, languange, lifestyle and various opt out options for the autonom regions 3.) Recognition of the Selucian Empire+ Barmenia as the protection power for all Selucians 4.) Protection of Seucians from persecutions and racism 5.) Selucian quota in Protectorate politics+ public service 6.) Allow Selucians to have deep connections with the Empire and Barmenia 7.) Stop of persecutions and racial actions against Selucians.
