| 1. The Congressional War Oversight Committee is established to monitor any involvement of Zardic armed forces. Their shall be 7 members from each party with at least 10 seats in Congress siting on the Committee and each faction shall be led by its own Co-Chair. 2. The Congressional Select Committee on Intelligence and Defense Affaris is established to oversee the day to day functions of our armed forces and intelligence services. All parties with at least 20 members in Congress may send 5 members to join the Committee which will be structured just like the Oversight Committee. 3. The Congressional Select Committee on Foreign Affairs is established to oversee international negotiations and agreements which involve Zardugal. It shall consist of 4 members from every party that has 30 or more seats in Congress with similar structure to the former two committees. |
