Message	Mr. Speaker, We know this bill has virtually no chance of passing, but we encourage our friends in the RPP to rethink their position on this issue; is it necessary for a secular nation such as Rutania to have an official state religion? We encourage the OCPS to ask themselves that question as well considering a majority of people tend to be atheist. Lauren Jackson UPR Congressional Leader
