MessageThanks to the Blue Coalition, our GDP fell and of course, so did our GDP rank.
This will raise GDP by 3%.

The government will only have 28.79% control of the economy. It is less than 30%, so there is still space for the private sector. The Blue Coalition's budget gave the government 26.73% control of the economy, which is still more than 20% so they are not more lassez-faire than they wanted to seem. It's also ridiculous that the Stantons want all housing and transportation to be government-owned, yet they don't want to spend any money on them.

What good does it do to cut Trade/Industry by 33%? It never accomplished anything except a shrinking and gradually failing economy that we are left to attempt to fix.

MessageWhat good is it having a Minister of Finance when the Karav Dynasty make budget proposals?

MessageBy the way, this is a tax bill, not a budget proposal, and it's not intended to be a "Karav Dynasty bill" as you make it seem.

This is the tax plan that existed before, and our only intention, by re-proposing it, was to repeal the Blue Coalition's tax plan.

MessageWell, you haven't been beaten to it.
This was Beluzia's tax system before the Blue Coalition took power, so the intention of this bill is to repeal their tax bill, not to make our own.

MessageWe do NOT think the Karav Dynasty is overstepping their authority, although we do want to encourage better communication within the cabinet to prevent further unfortunate accidents from happening.

MessageYour Excellency, this is not an accident. We're simply repealing a recent change that was made by a corrupt regime, by reverting the budget and tax system to those that existed before the regime's rise.

We are not proposing our own bill. This is simply a repeal.

MessageWe understand your concern about the current financial situation, as well as the general economy problems of Beluzia. We are referring more to the conflicts between cabinet members, of which we believe is not foreseen. We, the Takanashi Clan, is but a newcomer to the federal government of Beluzia, especially compared with both the Karav Dynasty and the Adamson Kinsfolk, and one of the main reasons we invite you is, beside your support from local estates, we believe your experience regarding state-crafting will be able to teach us. As such, we truly hope that all members of the cabinet can coordinate with each other better. While communications might be time-consuming, we believe it is worth the time, lest the cabinet being torn apart by more unfortunate conflicts.

Of course, the Ministry of Finance is more than welcomed to propose their new budget proposal, as we look forward to the financial capacity of the renown Adamson Kinsfolk.

MessageWe would like to inform the Council that Thomas Healy has resigned from his position as Minister of Finance citing a belief that the Ministry is not required.

MessageOOC: Chickening out of the entire political scene because of one incident that doesn't make you seem like the ultimate ruler of all? Quite pathetic.
