MessageAre 1 and 2 negotiable, we should limit foreign investment to allow most of our companies to be controlled and owned by our own citizens. And industrial hemp sould be limited to companies that specialise in this so they florish.

MessageYes keeping foreign stake holders might be a good thing as far as keeping ownership domestic, however, it gives less incentive to foreign investors. However, I am willing to sacrifice that to preserve our industries. Besides if the companies are successful investors will invest regardless.
