| This bill will authorise the construction of a statue and a memorial garden dedicated to Xīnpǔsēn Kèlǐsītuōfú. He was an Indralan activist who later fled to Beluzia to be a mentor to other Gao-Showa exiles who formed leftist movements which eventually became popular enough to implement massive reforms in Beluzia. This will be constructed in South Port, where he led his first labour union. |
