Every new party and/or official elected to the Knesset must pledge allegiance to the Monarchy of Beiteynu before being allowed to enter the Royal Knesset. The pledge: I [name] (or We, (party name) ) do sincerely promise and swear, That I/we will be faithful, and bear true Allegiance to his Majesty [monarch] and the Kingdom of Beiteynu, and I/we will defend them to the utmost of my Power, against all traitorous Conspiracies, and Attempts whatsoever, which shall be made against their Person. Crown. and Dignity; and I will do my utmost Endeavor to disclose and make known to his Majesty, his Heirs and Successors, all Treasons, and traitorous Conspiracies, and Attempts, which I shall know to be against him, or any of them; and all this I do swear without any Equivocation, mental Evasion, or secret Reservation, and renouncing all Pardons and Dispensations from any Power or Person whomsoever to the contrary. So help me God. Those who do not pledge or are members of parties that do not pledge alliance to the nation and monarchy will be refused entrance to the cabinet. New Citizens of Beiteynu (Aliyah) shall be mandated to swear to an oath of citizenship before reciving Beiteynian Citizenship: I love Beiteynu, the land of my people, The home of my people, it protects me and helps me To become strong, hardworking and honorable. Because I love Beiteynu, I will heed the counsel of my parents, I will obey the rules of my school, I will perform the duties of a patriotic citizen, Serving, studying, and praying faithfully. I will offer my life, dreams, successes To the Yeudi people and the land of Beiteynu. So help me God Permanent residents of Beiteynu shall be mandated to swear to an oath of residency before reciving resident status: I pledge allegiance to the Kingdom of Beiteynu, it's flag, and it's people, To uphold and defend their honour, And by my living to do credit To my nation wherever I go and whatever I do. _______________________ All treaties signed and approved by the government of Beiteynu are signed with the Royal Government. Any attempt in taking down the Royal Family from power will result in actions being taken involving treaties signed with the Royalist Government. In the case of a republican takeover, the Knesset Shel'Am shall be turned into a legislative branch for the Royalist Government. The Army of Beiteynu will be under the control of the Royalist Minister of Defense. In the case of a republican takeover, all Crown agencies, corporations and property will be given to the royal family. |
