| The Government of Canrille, through the elected legislatures of Kanjor and Rildanor, resolves that a new national capital be built outside of the Theognosian Church's Ville des Saints, with a target completion of 3360, the nation's centennial anniversary. This new capital will be known as Tusselles. An initial 35 billion crowns will be invested by both provinces, to be divided according to economic strength, with Rildanor contributing 54% of total costs, or 18.9 billion crowns. It shall be divided as follows: - 10 billion for all government buildings (e.g. Executive home for a future national prime minister, supreme court, legislature, and other offices). - 20 billion for all early infrastructure needs as listed above (e.g. roads, public transit, airport, sanitation, power grid, fire, police, hospitals etc.). - 5 billion in tax incentives for the private sector to encourage development. |
