Bill: Amendment to Union Act of 3340

Details

Submitted by[?]: Beluz Democratic Karavist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3341

Description[?]:

In recognition of the monarch's reserve powers, we must admit the mistake we made in the earlier nation name change.
As a result, we propose the real intention in the form of an amendment. The name should have been:

"Sovereign Union of Beluz Counties"

The monarch is the only Sovereign Count.
We hope that Her Excellency, Aoi Takanashi, as well as the federal council, recognises this as the proper name.
Beluzia, the nation founded upon the Beluz trade routes, owes its status of " civilization" to the diversity of its counties, especially Bailon and Iliathar, where the currency originated. It was accepted in Majatania and eventuall by merchants from Narikaton.

Will the federal council approve the amendment to the name of our beautiful union?

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
