| Following the revelation of the pollution system (see here - http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=542&mforum=particracy) we propose that environmental regualtion be slightly relaxed so as to prevent regualtion stifeling technological advance and the Hobrazian economy. |

| Message | I understand but unless we start off with a very developed country the regulations we have in place now will prevent industrial AND prevent technological change to change to less polluting industries. Less regulations may be better in the long term as they will allow Hobrazia to develop less polluting industry. |

Until this point, we will accept this modification as it would be better to start low, and improve rather than going in the opposite direction. |

| Message | We should probably keep the highest pollution standards possible until we have a reasonably sure understanding of the economy we want. A socialist image of the economy would have the people manage the industries while protecting the environment. It really shouldn't matter what types of industries are operated as long as they represent the wishes of the people. |
