What proof of wielding such great power rests within his glands? What great wisdom leaks forth from his pores at one age, and not another? NO We must allow Citizens, allow Vanguards, who have earned responsibility. Adulthood, Citizenship, Vanguard Class status shall be determined by test. THIS "TEST" SHALL BE An annual meeting of all Democratic Worker's Unions, for all industries, services, sectors and sites, within The Union of Socialist Sultanates. This meeting shall be held to determine which persons within that Sultanate deserve Citizenship, deserve the title of Vanguard. THERE CAN ONLY BE 701 As per current laws. Democracy is of the truest and utmost importance, and these elections of the 701 Vanguard Citizens shall be invited to be overseen by any and all international voting protection organizations. We shall elect our best persons in true, fair, noble ways. We shall create true National Meritocracy. LONG LIVE THE UNION! |
