| LET NO ONE SAY The Society is without religion. Certainly, we detest the fusion of State and Church, yet we do not wish to trample the beliefs of our Vanguard citizens. THEREFORE On this day, Vanguard Foreign Affairs Minister of the USSA, Chaz Al-Ahmad, has issued 45 passports to Queranzariah pilgrims wishing to visit Kafuristani Holy Sites. WHILE KAFURISTAN Is our enemy, and we disagree most wholeheartedly with the current government, we are nevertheless under ceasefire and bound by Treaty. No harm is to come of these pilgrims in their leaving of Al'Badara or arrival within Kafuristan. THIS IS A GOOD WILL Mission for religious persons in The Union, for Kafuristani religious clerics, and for Queranzariah and Communism both. |

| Message | -- TRAVEL WARNING -- Foreign Minister Al-Ahmad, The Kafuri Government would suggest a travel advisory for these citizens who seek to visit Holy sites. Given the current domestic situation, it is not safe in a variety of areas in Kafuristan. Additionally, the Abi'nadi Governorate, which is home to the majority of holy sites, is under a total state of emergency. Abi'nadi is one of the more dangerous of regions. Our government cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur. | Message | (OOC: The current law in Al'Badara only allows people to leave if they get a passport from the Foreign Affairs Minister. I control him, so I gave 45 passports to religious people in Al'Badara to visit Holy Places in Kafuristan. No one has been allowed to leave Al'Badara in 18 years, so this is a big deal. Also they are religious piligrims.) |
