Message | Yeah. Why treat them better than our own citizens? |
Date | 01:52:34, December 06, 2005 CET | From | Progressive Democratic Alliance | To | Debating the Refugees |
Message | Maybe because they have just been shot at, faced starvation and lost family members for the past few years and yearn for peace, dignity and freedom? Oh no, that is just impossible, we cannot allow that to happen now can we? Most of the free world gives aid to refugees, including the United States of America in the past under the Marshall Plan after WWII and in the present on numerous occasions such as Kosovo. Why should we change to revert back to nationalist policies of the past or of the Third World and tin-pot dictatorships? |

Message | So under ytyour systme you would force them to turn to crime, becuase they will have no job....they wont have any benifits.....they wont have the private education because your failing education system wont give them vouchers (Very unsensible politics, incredible that a so-called sensible party voted for it....must have been on drugs at the time), they wont get free healthcare, especally if your privatisation hellhole bill passes...... so to sum up: No Job No Benifits No Education No Healthcare Increased Crime Increased Terrorism Falling Economy..... |

Message | If they want to resort to crime, they can go to prison and recieve their aid there. We are not responsible for their situation, and we are aiding them in offering them shelter. |
