Description[?]:

Proposed by: Anko Takanashi, Chief Lady of War of Takanashi Clan, Beluz Minister of Defence
Endorsed by: Takanashi Clan

This act calls for reinstitution of the Beluz National Military Police, better known as Gendarmerie. It argues that the military can serve as part of the law enforcement system, with better training and equipment to handle heavily-armed felons, so that in such case casualties on all sides will be reduced.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
