Bill: Council Conduct Regulation Act of 3345

Details

Submitted by[?]: Takanashi Clan

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3345

Description[?]:

Proposed by: Priestess-Nobles of Takanashi Clan

We believe that even though our honourable colleagues are nobles, and thus possess more rights than the civilian for a reason, it should not enable them to commit crime just because they seat in the council, and thus we call for abolishment of such privilege.

MessageThat law only dictates the power of the judicial system, where the Justice Minister is the highest authority.
Also, you were not "tried" while in office, you were just charges immediately, without trial.

The federal council still has the authority to charge you, since it is above the judicial system.
If the proposed law was in place instead of the current law, you could be charged by civilian courts, but sthe current law only applies to the judicial system.
