Message | That law only dictates the power of the judicial system, where the Justice Minister is the highest authority. Also, you were not "tried" while in office, you were just charges immediately, without trial. The federal council still has the authority to charge you, since it is above the judicial system. If the proposed law was in place instead of the current law, you could be charged by civilian courts, but sthe current law only applies to the judicial system. |
