| It has come to my attention that the Federal Council has been granted the absurd power to incriminate people for actions that are not by law crimes. They have also been granted the ability to refuse the presentation of documents that make the so-called crime illegal. Under this law if a defendant inquires to the law in question that makes his actions illegal then the prosecutor shall be required to present said document with due haste. If the prosecutor cannot present said document then the charges against the accused shall be dropped immediately and the accused shall be entitled to sue for malicious prosecution. |
