Description[?]:

The Solentian Liberals invited all "political parties" in Beluzia to participate in their Art Festival.
We told them that we do not have parties, we have dynasties. They didn't want to recognise that because they are against our system, despite the cultural benefits of it: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=126&hilit=solentia&start=240#p38723

Despite not always being the largest party in Solentia, the Kansar-backed 2406 party was popular among all of East Solentia, often dominating 3/5 Solentian states:
- Orame
- Shinatawa
- Tesuhen
These states make up the Eastern half of Solentia.

Election results as evidence:
June 3301 - http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=335711
June 3304 - http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=336624
August 3305 - http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=336939 (Lost Shinatawa by 1 seat)
December 3305 - http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=337036
December 3308 - http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=337728

Recognising the Kansar family's popularity, we sent a message to Solentian parties, asking them to endorse the Kansars for the head of state position, instead of the Clarke Family who claimed to be in favour of democracy, but were really overthrowing one monarchy to install another (their own). http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=348725

In 3309, the Solentian Liberals accused the Kansars of being puppets of the Karavs: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=126&hilit=solentia&start=260#p38989
The Kansars were later exiled to Telamon. According to Solentian media, they still make claims to the Solentian throne.

The CfL was formed. For its first conference, it made sure to dedicate an entire day (Day 4) to propaganda against the Kansars and other parties.

President Anna Coudenbergh of the Free Republic of Mordusia had declined to attend because she is keen on keeping a politically neutral profile.

Jakanian President, Emerick Won, was warned by his mentor, Kristov I. After first accepting the invitation to the conference, he changed his mind and ordered a press release: "The President of United Jakania of the Jakania Solution for all Party, Emerick Won, would not be attending this meeting."

He came to Beluzia, where he met with his mentor, Kristov I. After the private meeting, he decided to attend the event, and he gave a stunning speech: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4668&start=10#p39769
Before militarization was even mentioned, he warned the CfL to avoid it. He also condemned day 4, saying it was not the correct approach to "spreading democracy" in Terra.

Despite Emerick Won's advice, the Solentian Liberals made an unnecessary attack on the reputation of the Kansars: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4668&start=20#p39811
It is the belief, of many political analysts, that the CfL was only formed to magnify the political interests of the Liberals of Solentia. The "Art Festival" in the early 3300s served the same purpose. If it wasn't obvious then, it should have been obvious in the Art Festival in Bailon: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4739

Paul Astredies claimed the money would be split between paying artists, and sponsoring his political campaign. The International Movement for the Arts denied any financial benefit from the event, leading others to the conclusion that all the money was going to the political campaign of the House of Astredies.

The Takanashi Clan, at first, supported the event, despite the Karavs asking them to continue recognising the ban. The Karavs said it would be perceived as treason if anyone really attended the event. When referred to violations made in the first Art Festival, the Takanashi Clain claimed "it might be too harsh to judge them by that event. We especially the use of the term treason might be too harsh, and it might start to sound like a tool for the own political gain of some political faction. We personally believe that the continuation of the boycott will not do much good for Beluzia, and welcoming them for once will help them understand more about us."

The Takanashi Clan regret their support for the event, after now realising how politicised it is: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4739#p41601

One artpiece, in particular, made it too obvious that the art festival was a political campaign: "Originally a piece of work about those in her own life who had 'used' her, now the work becomes a piece about politicians who 'use' people. Inside the tent one will find subtle references to those politicians and parties who the artist feels are trampling all over people in order to build their own dynasty(s)."

Why specific reference to dynasties? There are many fascist parties outside of Beluzia, and no-one does anything to stop them, but the Liberals of Solentia jump to condemn popular royal families like the Kansars and Karavs.

The Internal Affairs Minister ordered the event to be shut down: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4739#p41616

Since that, the Solentians have placed a de facto embargo on Beluzia, and made claims that they contacted high-ranking members of the ATR and CfL to discuss war. When we heard about this, we never knew what was going on. The ATR and CfL also denied knowing anything about the situation - they implied that the Solentians had never contacted them, and were instead trying to pull them into the conflict. We had no intentions of war with Solentia, so they were obviously lying to create a conflict for no reason. http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4743

According to them, we had plans to expand to Solentia. While we do admit having expansion plans, everyone in the federal council knows that Solentia wasn't even mentioned. Their leaders were merely seeking attention.

Later on, an unrelated event took place in Gaduridos. The House of Adamson seized power and established "The Adamsonite Kingdom" in Gaduridos, violating the sovereignty of the republican government. This was a big mistake, as Gaduridos was the home of some of the most important members of the ATR. The Gaduri people had no choice but to support the despotic regime, but we went to Gaduridos to give the people hope. Quickly, we organised mass revolts, and the Adamsonite regime was overthrown, allowing democracy and liberty in Gaduridos once again. The Solentians, of course, condemned this move. This move was supported by members of the IML and members of the ATR, but for some reason - not Solentia. Obviously, they favour a despotic government to one that actually allows the people to express their views. "The Adamsonite Kingdom" was about a few elites, much like the Solentian government now. The regime, that we have established in Gaduridos, is one that is based on the people.

Because Gaduridos now uses Beluz currency, Solentia's embargo will have to apply to Gaduridos as well. Solentian currency is no longer valued by Beluz banks, therefore Gaduridos can't accept it either. Solentia made a mistake by placing an embargo on Beluzia, and they face the consequences now. What we cannot understand is the reason the Solentians are complaining about their own actions.
