Certain titles may be granted for exceptional service to the nation in the following areas: - going above and beyond the call of duty during times of conflict - having contributed greatly to Zardic society and public life The Congress must grant approval with a 2/3 vote in favour of the individual to be granted the following titles- Long form- Knight, Protector and Defender of the Zardic Federation.' Short form- Knight To be addressed as "Sir" for a male and "Lady" for a female. Upon being awarded 20 square of acres of public land is granted to this indivdual along with being able to write of 5% of all value off all taxes. Long form- Lord, Protector and Defender of the Zardic Federation Short form- Lord To be addressed as "Lord" for males and "Lady: for females. Upon being awarded 100 arces of public land is awarded along with a 15% tax write off similiar to the Kinght one. All successive generations and immdeiate family may only write off 2% of tax value upon the death of the original holder. The Noblity Commission is established to regulate and settle any noble disputes. Decsions may be appealed to court however Congress in this special case shall have the final say in any noblity disputes as they have established the titles. |
