When asked what their opinions were, the following choices were made: Percentage Choice 21.49% The government has no policy concerning highway infrastructure. 0.00% A national highway infrastructure is constructed and maintained by the government. 27.52% There is a national highway system constructed and maintained by the national government, and local systems by local governments. 20.75% This is left to local governments. 30.24% All highway projects are undertaken by contracted firms. |
