| AS IT WAS There was a single, National police department. Amazonian Officers pledged their allegiance to the safety of the Nation, not their small and foolish local nuances and governance. How grand for you, Agundi City officer, that your city enjoys daffodils whilst those in Dar Al Badar like poppies. To the State, we could not care less. The State enjoys Camels, and all persons feel unified under the State banner. UNIFICATION Is the will of the people. You may poll any citizen, and they will politely mumble their opinion of secularism, big government, progressive civil rights. But the key issue in Al'Badara, the one all Citizens and Vanguards alike claim the most VITAL Is that of unity. We are a Union of Socialist Sultanates, several different Workers Cooperatives and Democratic Councils run each SS. And yet, we must be Strong, and provide purpose, provide direction, provide unity, provide STATE to keep these sultanates from crumbling into anarchy and self-destruction. FURTHERMORE The current policy on adoption is horrific. While corporate nations like Zardugal begin to allow discrimination in the private sector, we cannot begin to mandate it in the public. This new law is barbaric, homophobic, and is a stain upon the whole of our culture and international standing. |

THAT WOULD SURE Allow for freedom, huh? People would be free to adopt just because they were hungry and wanted 40 kilos of tender Badaran baby. Or because they needed a few small fingers to reach into the garbage disposal. Yeah. Adopt without reasonable reasons. All of our laws should have a "Without reasonable reasons" clause. |
