Bill: Income tax proposal of January 3352

Details

Submitted by[?]: House Forstev (Liberal Republican Party)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3352

Description[?]:

In the judgement of Count Forstev III, Prime Minister Susan Wodeham, and myself, this tax revision would greatly benefit the nation.

It will reduce tax revenue from 208,772,242,980 to 203,868,000,000 BEL, which would reduce our surplus to 1,084,766,797 BEL. I think it can be universally agreed that this is an acceptable cut.

Nick Bushnell (S),
Minister of Finance
