| Preamble: It is necessary to restore the rights of the citizens of Zardugal if they do not intefere with the war effort. Article 1: Abortions shall be legal without exception. Article 2: Abortions for low-income earners shall be fully subsidised by the state. Article 3: The purchase and consumption of alcohol shall be legal without exception for all adults; however it shall be illegal to provide alcohol to a minor without the prior permission of their parent or guardian. Article 4: Contraceptives shall be subsidised by the state. Article 5: All persons shall be permitted to sell food; however the shelf lives of food shall be enforced. Article 6: The medicinal use of cannabis as a sedative for persons in pain shall be legal. Article 7: The purchase and consumption of cannabis in safe amounts shall be legal without exception for all adults; however it shall be illegal to provide cannabis to a minor in any circumstances. Article 8: Smoking shall be legal in all places at the discretion of the property owner; however it shall be illegal to smoke in government buildings. Article 9: The purchase of tobacco shall be legal without exception for all adults. |
