Message | It's a local issue as some localities might not want it legalized. |

Message | Perhaps some localities are particularly pacifist. Shall we localise the army as well? Perhaps all functions of government should be localised because some localities are opposed to central policy. We could dissolve the federation. But then some people would oppose the majority in their locality. Let us have anarchy! Do you see the problem with your reasoning? There must be central standards and rules. |

Message | There must not always be central rules and standards. The federal government shares power with local governments with the federal government handling military, foreign, trade, and monetary policy. We neednt involve ourselves in every affair. |

Message | If you consider your flesh to be a commodity, you have the right to trade it on the market. If your neighbours don't like it, they won't employ you. |
