Preamble: Education funded by the government must be more strongly regulated by the government; on the other hand, some aspects of education must be given to the private sector. Article 1: Preeschools shall be private and regulated; low-income earners will have their childrens' school fees subsidised. Article 2: All schools shall give children sexual education; students may opt out. Article 3: Standardised testing policies will be the responsibility of State governments; however, the State governments must comply with certain national standards. |
