Description[?]:
This bill asks for the ratification of the Abortion Rights Protection Treaty (ARPT). If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. By ratifying this law, we ensure the rights of women to have abortions, and ensure funding (and access) to low income earners to this right. A woman's body is her sovereignty, and the Whigs propose to enshrine in international law our commitment as a progressive society to the right to choose. |
