Message | Article 3 has been removed, in relation to partially governmentally funded hospitals and sports clubs, doesnt it make sense to give EVERYONE access to these things - article 2 may even save money because if the governmentally funded hospitals work out to be cheaper than paying for people to go to private ones then the government may save money |
