Description[?]:

-- LEC Resolution 1.1.3358 --
The following comprises the first Liberal Executive Council resolution:

The Liberal Executive Council believes these treaties are obsoleted with age and preventing the nation from having very important conversations regarding foreign policy. We do not propose a withdrawal from our treaty of friendship with Dolgava, but rather as a call for us to re-examine the friendship and draw up a new framework which is relevant in the modern day, and frees us here in Telamon to re-examine our forieign policies.

The second treaty is a relic which was ratified by Telamonian leaders in order to open up an embassy in a land on the other side of Terra whom we never have any diplomatic interaction with; the restriction imposed on our national policy in return leaves us in a situation where not only we have nothing to gain from this treaty, but actually lose decision making power within our own borders. This treaty should be terminated without replacement.

MessageOOC: The government of Jakania worked with Telamonese leaders to supply Telamonese troops and ships in the recent Zardic conflict. Without our ties with them, we would have been unable to contribute to the war effort.
