Bill: Removal of Laws Regarding Adultery - 3359
Details
Submitted by[?]: Beluz Democratic Karavist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3360
Description[?]:
Adultery shouldn't be "legal" or "illegal" To say it is "legal" is to say the law supports it, and marriage contracts would be meaningless. To say it is "illegal" is to say the law is against it, but who are we to regulate the personal lives of our citizens? It's best if we do not have a policy at all. In court cases, we can always refer to the marriage contracts of the individual couples, and let that determine the outcome of each case. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy with respect to adultery.
