MessageFirst of all, this new government spending plan would save us 2 billion RUT per year. Secondly, it would slightly decrease spending in certain departments where we will save on bureaucracy, whereas certain other, smaller departments get more funds in order to fulfil their tasks properly.

MessageWe'd like to ask for a 1 billion RUT increase in Infrastructure and transport, and a 500 million RUT increase in Education, Food and Agriculture, and Trade and Industry, in exchange for a 1 billion RUT decrease in foreign affairs spending.

MessageThose are good suggestions, but this is merely the first step in that direction. At the moment we have virtually no education, food and agriculture, and trade and industry departments. We must get the up and running before we can consider increasing the budget.

MessageIt pains me to vote like this, i can either sink or float the budget. the RSDP seems like they've done a good job of it. I would say more for justice more for Defence, and a hell of alot more for Education.
But as the great thinkers of the LAP have voted for this bill. i will support

MessageBut we still have many, MANY voucher systems which are operated by the Health and Social Services Ministry, and that requires some money.
