Bill: ISLA Act (Increase in School Leavers Age)

Details

Submitted by[?]: Traditionalist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3371

Description[?]:

A bill was recently passed that wanted to make the school leaving age less random by decreasing it too 18. I found this a stupid reason for changing the age, promptly posted in the debate section that we should increase it. Not decrease it.

So this bill (The nicely names ISLA Act) will be raising the age to 20, I find this to give more opportunity and options to the pupils when they leave school, also to those who care. It is a nice round number so no randomness.
If you feel you will support this please post that you will in the debate section, if you are against it don't hesitate to inform me why you made your decision.

Traditionalist party's Head of Education( and Culture), Simon peter.
