The LPR wishes to install a dictatorship in Rutania. Their intentions are made all the more obvious with this pitiful attempt at increasing the term of the Presidency.

Furthermore, any bill that makes changes to the Constitution must be debated for a period of 3 months before it can be sent to vote. If this bill passes, the UPR will censure and reprimand Mr. Voisine and any other LPR member in the Parliament who had a hand in crafting this bill.
