| Message | OOC: I was thinking that al Badara is currently a war-torn country with genocide and civil war and terrorism, and also according the the Paticracy game mechanics, you can't have a tight union. This means that you will have a very devolved government. This meshes very well with the Bosnian situation - a war-torn, loose confederation of two entities. |
