| This bill is a renewal of the Port Tackstov Charter. It repeals most of the current powers of the High Count (de jure monarch), and recognises the right of the federal council to override his authority. Beluzia will, from now on, be recognised as oligarchist, and not monarchist. Our de jure monarch is only symbolic, being head of the federal council. His only purpose is signing documents on behalf of the nation, but his right to sign is collectively owned by the representatives, of the people, who sit in the federal council. |
