(3b) It is the exclusive responsibility of the political party holding the greatest number of seats in the Majlis Al-Umma to propose a list of Cabinet ministers to assist the His Majesty, Ameen III, Caliph of the Abadi, Grand Emir of the United Kafuri Emirates, Emir of Abi'nadi, Emir of Pabeus, Emir of Nekkah, Emir of Jerze'har, and also Emir of O'mer, Emir of Emirs, Champion of the People, Sword of Justice, Guardian of the Opal and Sapphire Emirates, Father of the Nation, Patriarch of the House of al-Majali, The Most Merciful & etc, save that if more than one political party holds the greatest number of seats, that number being equal for all such parties, any or all of these may propose a list. |
