| Whaling is good for the economy. Many persons are upset that whale is no longer on some restaurant menus, and it is sad that we can no longer export canned whale meat; this caused a loss of jobs. To preserve the whale population, we can establish quotas. By doing this, we can also maintain a high price for whale meat. Some people love [the taste of] whales. Allow them to exercise their love and ingest some of this heavenly meat. Others just want their jobs back. |
