| Message | The lowering of the term length from 4 years to 2 is hardly a dictatorship. I don't think a dictators first action is ever to shorten his reign as much as possible. The lessening of the seats might seem dictatorial, I guess. If you don't realize that it'll remain proportional, and you'll still get the same percentage of seats out of 100 as you would out of 700. It just makes it easier, when you have 30 seats out of 100, to have nice little names and titles and histories to your 30 politicians, versus having 210 seats out of 700. You know? Oh well. I liked this idea, at least. |
