We should have an election for a head of state along with Legislative elections. The title can be proposed by any party and we vote on which one is best and that one will be instituted in the next election. It helps balance the power because one party can win head of state but another the legislative elections. It encourages working together to solve issues and insures cooperation with all parties being included. |
