Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Ok listen up please since JRP is inactive we need a new cabinet i made sure everyone was in here these positions im about to announce i felt the select parties could do a great job so please listen Head of propoganda(Prime Minister)-I selected myself because during my past experiences i have made many peace alliances and other good nation deals with other countries and made jelbania friends. also i beileve i have a great deal of experience(the same as CMNU because we started about the same time). Foreign Affairs and Defence-i selected CMNU, parties CMNU has alot of influence in this game, hell probably way more than me, he has so much support even from higher postion players and he is too perfect for those positions. Internal affairs- i selected the republican party, even thought we probably fight alot on here lol, i beielve they do know some good things that will greatly benefit our country and i support them on that. finance- the liberal party came into the came strong, i beileve when the game is out of beta testing and if the liberal party is still here they will be a great and good power, and something tells me they know about money the other postions are to be filled but i wanted everyone to have an important duty. now i also propose this: the parties that have the other postions please focus on proposing bills in that category until the beta testing is over. | Message | I applaud the leadership the BBP has taken in this matter. A new cabinet is essential. The Liberal Party looks forwards to working cooperatively with all the other parties for the betterment of all citizens. I especially like the concept of only proposing bills in areas the party is in charge of. |
