| The nations recources are needed in Hutori. We can simply not afford the expense of providing such a high level of foreign aid. Considering a big proportion is lost to corruption and bureaucracy, we feel this excessive amount of aid is better spent here at home, rather than at filling up the pockets of overseas money-grubbing dictators and state employees. |
