Proposal[?] to change The government's policy regarding the keeping of wild animals as pets.
Old value:: All wild animals may be kept as pets, without any restrictions or precautions whatsoever.
Current: The government maintains a list of dangerous wild animals which may not be kept as pets; other wild animals may be kept as pets.
Proposed: Wild animals may be kept as pets; the owners of dangerous wild animals must take the necessary measures to ensure they can't escape.

| Message | Of course the owners are to blame. They shall be fined due to any damages they caused. If the owner is killed by his/her pet, the pet will be placed into a zoos, wildlife, etc. If the animal kills anyone else other then the owner, the owner must hand the pet over to the government and the government may place them into zoos, wildlife, etc. However, the owner will be charged for man slaughter and may face jail time. That is what we propose. |
