Message[The Right Honorable Richard Hawethorne, MP]

Our government term is simply too long. Parliament waits until midway or to the end to issue major bills to increase visibility for the elections. We cannot allow unneeded inefficiency, so we propose to reduce the term length by one year to five years, as an experiment to increase efficiency.

This bill is open for debate until December 3389.
