This bill asks for the ratification of the International Health, Safety, & Welfare Treaty. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. The Solentian Republic is already in compliance with this treaty, and the SSP feels that its articles are of sufficient importance to necessitate their official endorsement via treaty ratification.
