Message | But who decides the questions, the inspections, the interviews, the tests? Not to mention the paperwork. Since getting pregnant doesn't require this kind of regulation, the SoS is against it. We deal with child abuse the same way for adoptive and natural parents. That's where the safeguards lie. |
