From | Democratic Centre Party of Gaduridos | To | Debating the Military Readiness Act 2049 | Message | The DCP understands the need, in emergency situations, for a rapid mobiliation of our military age citizens. We applaud the Ministry of Defense for making preparations for such an eventuality. However, we are concerned that this bill may grant too much authority to the Board of Advisors to designate such situations. We would prefer to see the legislation amended to require a 2/3rds majority vote to begin such a draft. If that amendment were made, we would gladly support the bill. |

From | People's Progressive Party | To | Debating the Military Readiness Act 2049 | Message | This bill doesnt force people to fight it simply creates a system by which a defense of the nation can be adequately created should one be required in the event of an invasion by foreign powers. |
