| Message | EXACTLY The percentage of seats recieved is still the same. If you get 10% of the vote with 88 you'll get the same percentage of representational seats as you would if you got 10% of the vote with 750 seats. ITS JUST In a three party state, I don't see the need for 700 seats representing. |
