MessageI have gone through each bracket, and can assure you that this is a fair tax system. Also, there are only 800 people in Luthori who are paid > 30,000 LPD annually, so who are the other 50 people?

MessageBy decreasing the corporate tax from 7% to 5%, businesses will have 2% more profit.

By removing the tax for non-luxury items, we improve the lives of all, especially the poor.

By decreasing the tax for luxury items, people can buy more, thus increasing demand, that business will have to meet.

By making the changes to the income tax system outlined above, we nearly double the government's possible spending, while not placing the burden on any tax bracket.

MessageTaxing people half their earnings should never be called fair. It's called theft.

MessageThat isn't the point. Just bscause someone can earn a comfortable life doesn't give you or any other fool the right to take thier hard earned money to do whatever you want with.

You should be thrown in jailfor such a proposal.

MessageIf I was to introduce a revised bill, with the top two brackets (>10,000 and >20,000) removed, would the DUP and RnP vote for it?

MessageNo. This bill started off well, but the income tax proposal is a travesty! The 40% bracket, waged against the average hard working family is criminal. All the DUP will vote for is reduced overall spending and a flat rate tax set at an appropriate level to cover the bill.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.
